Monument Hill Kiwanis KONNECTORS
Making a Positive Difference for
Youth and Our Community
The Monument Hill Kiwanis KONNECTORS are a subset of the Monument Hill
Kiwanis Club with a different meeting schedule.
WHY?
Many community members desire to give back to our community but cannot
meet weekly on Saturday mornings. Our streamlined schedule is designed
to support membership by business people, educators, first responders
and others who want to make a difference with minimum time investment.
The MHKC KONNECTORS meet once a month for 1 hour:
- The 2nd Thursday of each month from 5:30-6:30 pm.
- Connect with community and review fun MHKC projects
- Participate with minimal disruption of business and family schedules
- Network with others who want to make our community stronger.
WHERE?
We meet in the Barr Room at the back of the Pikes Peak Brewing Company,
1756 Lake Woodmoor Drive, in Monument. It's a casual atmosphere and
members are welcomed to purchase their own food and drink to consume
during the meetings.
WHAT?
Meeting agendas are informal and include a summary of upcoming projects
with opportunities for members to volunteer to help with these projects.
KONNECTORS may also nominate their own projects and inspire volunteers
to make those projects a reality. Guests are welcomed and we encourage
guests to bring a friend or business associate.
We encourage membership in the Monument Hill Kiwanis Club, but...
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A CLUB MEMBER TO BE A KONNECTOR
Come help us make our community better!!
